Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 Days of receipt for any reason please let us know and we will arrange for it to be returned and refunded, to qualify, the product must be returned in a reasonable condition with the original packaging
Returns will always be accepted for defective products or if the item is found not to be as described or is the wrong item (as long as we are notified within 14 days), either a credit will be given or replacement sent out on receipt of the returned item, this is will be dependent on the stock level of the item.
Al returns must be notified to sales@ardentpets.co.uk so that we can approve the return as failure to notify before returning may lead to a refund not being issued.
Return post and packing will be at the cost of the purchaser apart from for defective product or if it is found to be not as described or is the wrong item
Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage, otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will not be automatically issued for undelivered items as an investigation would need to be done with the carrier - this can take up to 30 days. In the meantime if you require the item please purchase a replacement and once the investigation is concluded and the item is deemed as "Lost" a full refund will be issued.
