Delivery of all small orders such as cat collars, some dog collars, tags, jingle balls etc. (those weighing under 100g) will only be 99p which is cheaper than most other internet pet shops as most charge a high minimum delivery cost on all small orders.
Orders weighing under 1.75kgs will be shipped by FIRST CLASS POST for FAST DELIVERY (within 1-2 Working Days**), which means that you do not have to pay an additional premium or wait 2 - 3 days for your order to arrive. If you do require any special arrangements or wish to have your items sent via guaranteed special delivery then please advise prior to purchasing for a tailored quote.
Orders weighing over 1.75Kgs (Max 20Kgs) and those that qualify for the free delivery option will be delivered with 5 working days**, if though you require such items earlier please let us know and we can advise a tailored price for your requirment
Please ensure that the cheapest / free option is selected at check out before proceeding with payment as it may not defalt to the cheapest form of shipping automatically.
Need your item quickly? Well we can now offer a next day service on most items on orders placed before 1pm (excluding weekends), excluding very large items such as hutches, please just select the second postage cost/option (the higher cost) and we will place your order on a next working day delivery, please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday (UK ONLY) PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THURSDAY 3RD JULY

Non Delivery
Should your order fail to arrive within 14 days for UK Shipments or 21 days for overseas shipments please contact us immediately at sales@ardentpets.co.uk so we can rectify any problems.
Please note that we can not track first class postage so can not guarantee delivery within 1-2 days although most items are actually delivered within 1 working day. Also we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery and dispatch caused by but not exclusively: severe weather, floods, earthquakes, "acts of god", industrial action, legislation, war, police restrictions etc.
