About Us
My name is Karl Osborne and I am the proud owner of Ardent Pets an online UK pet supplies shop based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Ardent Pets aim is to sell quality pet products, pet supplies and pet accessories at fantastic prices with excellent customer service, also we are Internet Shopping and delivery is safe accredited.
History
After 15 years in customer service including 9 years in the shipping industry I have taken the difficult decision to ‘go it alone’ and set up my own internet shop. In August 2006 Ardent Pets was born with the aim of providing free pet care advice and by February 2007 had moved on to providing quality pet products at reasonable prices with second to none customer service.
We are proud of the advice service we are able to offer. All pet care questions will be answered in full by our fully qualified and listed veterinary nurse and also has an honours degree in zoology. We will be happy to reply to any questions from simple queries to those questions that you were afraid to ask when last visiting the vets or training class.
